About Our Preschool

Wildwood Baptist Weekday Preschool is a "certified program of excellence for young children." All of our classes use a "Play as Learning" philosophy as well as a "Center" approach to learning. Students have experiences that help them learn about colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. They work on social, reasoning, and thinking skills. They also learn to care about others, with an emphasis on Bible stories, God's love and the teachings of Jesus, as they relate to the units we study. Cooking, math, and science are included regularly. The "Zoo-Phonics" program is used to teach beginning reading skills.

Class Info for 2013-2014 School Year

Classes for children 18 months through five years of age:

WEE Kids and 2 Year Olds - Two Day & Four Day Classes, 9 am to noon

3 Year Olds - Three Day & Five Day Classes, 9 am to noon

4 Year Olds - Four Day & Five Day Classes, 9 am to noon

5 Year Olds - Five Day Classes, 9 am to 1 pm
