Cheryl Wolfinger, Missions Director
Cheryl grew up in the small community of Oktaha in rural eastern Oklahoma. She graduated from East Central Oklahoma State University with a BA in Communication. She received her MARE from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and recieved her DEdMin from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2003.
"While attending summer camp as a sophomore in high school I realized that I felt called into ministry. I had no idea what that would mean for me as a young lady, so I just continued pursuing the things that came naturally to me as I went on through high school and college. During that time I played basketball in high school, college and even a small stint internationally. God used sports in my life in a major way and He also opened the door for me to combine my love for sports and my love for Him and a passion for shaing my faith and I have been involved in sports missions for nearly 20 years."
Wildwood has been her church home for nearly 9 years and she loves being given the opportunity to support our mission efforts.
